Nordlys, meaning ‘Northern Lights,’ is a collection of light, breathable throws for every season. Woven in soft baby alpaca and finished in earthy tones and navy blue, these pieces offer a gentle layer of warmth — quiet, weightless, and timeless. Like the aurora, they shift effortlessly between seasons and moods.

This model is my lightest version. It is soft as silk and incredibly light. The ideal throw if you want to add a beautiful accessory to your home without any heaviness or winter feel. I would use it on my sofa or over any chair — even a dining chair. It’s also perfect to bring on trips, wherever you might need an extra layer of warmth (the office, for example). It’s also a very practical accessory for covering babies and toddlers.

Each throw comes with a dustbag crafted from tocuya—a traditional cotton fabric valued for its natural, unrefined character. The dustbags are made in a workshop in the mountains of Arequipa, where we proudly support a team composed mostly of women.
